LenderLive Network, Inc. was incorporated in July 1999 and immediately acquired the assets of two predecessor companies, IFS Direct and Preserv Financial, Inc. IFS Direct provided first and second lien (HELOC) retail fulfillment services nationally for Mellon Mortgage, Prudential Bank, and Aurora Loan Services from 1996-1999. IFS Direct also provided regional, private-labeled origination and fulfillment services for a number of community banks. Preserv Financial, Inc., a mortgage banking company, originated loans across a proprietary, state-of-the-art mortgage origination technology platform, which became the nucleus of LenderLive’s technology platform.
LenderLive developed a web-based, point-of-sale origination tool. Clients originated loans online and seamlessly submitted loan applications directly to us for back office fulfillment. At this point, we had enabled clients to capture loan originations through all retail touch points; walk-in, call-in, and click-in.
Our services continued to grow as we introduced a portfolio retention service to large national servicers of first and second lien mortgage loans. We also began offering loan modification fulfillment services for our lender/servicer clients.
LenderLive introduced our component, contract services, which included whole loan due diligence, contract underwriting, post closing/pre-purchase loan audits, quality control and compliance reviews.
LenderLive is leading the way as a mortgage services provider, on behalf of the nation’s leading financial institutions, to support the U.S. government’s Home Affordable Mortgage Program (HAMP) and the Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP). We have assisted hundreds of thousands of borrowers to enter into trial loan modification plans.
As the mortgage industry began its recovery and the demand for fulfillment, component services and modification services increased, LenderLive expanded its infrastructure to accommodate those demands. New headquarters in Denver provided added space for staff, which more than doubled in 2010. The Troy, MI facility also expanded to meet the growing needs.
LenderLive expands its Loan Servicing division to include Subservicing, and Specialty Servicing, in addition to its existing Component Servicing.
