Mona has over 30 years experience in all facets of Human Resource management. Mona has held various Human Resource management positions in the financial, telecommunications, and medical manufacturing industries. For the last five years, she has managed Human Resource functions for companies in the mortgage industry.
Along with her experience, Mona’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Industrial Relations has brought pointed knowledge to the corporations with which she has been affiliated. She is a member of the Colorado Human Resource Association, and the Society for Human Resource Management. Mona joined LenderLive in 2007.
