Standard & Poor’s Reviews LenderLive Network for Due Diligence Services

National mortgage services firm gets nod from ratings firm

DENVER, May 2, 2011 LenderLive Network Inc., an end-to-end mortgage services and document preparation provider, announced that Standard & Poor’s Rating Service (S&P) has reviewed and approved it as a due diligence provider for the review of mortgage loans in U.S. residential mortgage-backed securities submitted to S&P for a credit rating.

S&P published its original criteria in "Incorporating Third-Party Due Diligence Results Into the U.S. RMBS Rating Process” in Nov. 25, 2008 and with the latest review, it has added LenderLive to the list of approved third-party due diligence providers. According to the S&P announcement: “We believe that LenderLive meets the assessment factors we discussed in our criteria article …"
