LenderLive developed a web-based, point-of-sale origination tool. Clients originated loans online and seamlessly submitted loan applications directly to us for back office fulfillment. At this point, we had enabled clients to capture loan originations through all retail touch points; walk-in, call-in, and click-in. Our services continued to grow as we introduced a portfolio retention service to large national servicers of first and second lien mortgage loans. We also began offering loan modification fulfillment services for our lender/servicer clients. |

LenderLive launched our wholesale service. |
2005 |
LenderLive introduced our component, contract services, which included whole loan due diligence, contract underwriting, post closing/pre-purchase loan audits, quality control and compliance reviews. LenderLive initiated a technology hotline for our own distributed applications as well as other mortgage related, third party software applications. In addition, LenderLive successfully developed and launched a variety of custom mortgage technology solutions for various clients. |
2008 |
LenderLive acquired the assets of Guardian Mortgage Documents (GMD), who has successfully provided document preparation services and software to the financial industry for 20 years. GMD was the exclusive document preparation company for LenderLive for 10 years prior to the acquisition. |
