Adam Nichols

Chief Financial Officer

Adam was the former CFO for Guardian Mortgage Documents, and also served as senior business manager for Integra Telecom, Inc., a privately held communications firm, where he was responsible for budgeting and forecasting as well as financial reporting. Adam was a financial advisor for IPtimize, Inc., a public voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) service provider. He developed the firm’s long-term financial business plan and conducted financial due diligence on potential acquisitions.

Adam started his financial career at Conoco-DuPont and gained more financial management experience at ICG Communications, Inc., a regional telecommunications company and ABC Companies, Inc., a receivable management and debt collection company.
