Richard has been a successful entrepreneur in wholesale lending for more than 20 years. He is responsible for LenderLive’s wholesale, back office, and fulfillment solutions. Prior to LenderLive, Mr. Holsclaw served as a Senior Vice President of Mortgage Plus Incorporated, where he established a wholesale division, which produced in excess of 10,000 loans per month. Mr. Holsclaw has been speaking, teaching and training in the mortgage industry since the early 80’s.
