Imaging & Indexing

LenderLive operates in a paperless environment. All loan documents that are faxed, emailed, or otherwise received at our facilities, through every phase of the process, are imaged and indexed to the appropriate loan file.

Our document management system is streamlined and efficient. Multiple users can work on and view files simultaneously, which means we can discuss items with you while both viewing the same document.

Our paperless system greatly enhances productivity. There is no paper file needed to accomplish work tasks. This allows LenderLive to electronically move the location of work performed throughout our service centers for added redundancy and scalability.

All indexed documents are available through our eOriginator web portal throughout the entire loan process. Clients can upload, view and print all documents, including loan modification documents.

Documents generated during the course of processing a loan are also imaged and indexed.
